Module 4: Sir Thomas More

They are couple of reasons why Utopia was so revolutionary. With his book More showed people that they are other places in the world beside theirs. He also was describing place where the government, military, and church were in perfect harmony working for the common good of people. This was especially important since their government at that time was abusing power, and More with his book suggested necessary reform. The Utopia is also revolutionary in a sens that it described our own government today. It is like More was looking in to a future when he wrote his book.
